1. Regular excersise

Regular exercise is a natural way to reduce the risk of heart diseases. It is one of the most important aspects of a healthy lifestyle.

Exercising for 30 minutes or more on most days can help you lose weight, improve your cholesterol ( HDL, LDL), and even lower your blood pressure by as many as five to seven points. ( Normally 120/80 mmHg)

A hectic lifestyle, where your job and your leisure activities involve little or no time for physical activity, doubles/tripples your risk of dying from heart disease.

This is just like you smoked, had high cholesterol, or had high blood pressure.

The more active you are the better is your heart health.

Exercise ensures improved circulation of blood, helps in lowering the resistance for heart by removing excess fats from your blood vessels.

Exercise also kills the various risk factors which increase the risk of heart diseases. Obesity, high blood pressure, high blood sugar levels, stress and bad cholesterol levels are some the major risk factors which can be controlled with exercise.

Swimming, Jogging, Cardio are some of the most popular excersises for healthy heart.

“Yoga, like all other restorative exercises, improves blood circulation and oxygen flow, thereby by augmenting the core strength of the body. Better flow of oxygen and blood boosts the functioning of the heart,”
